Thats one of the reasons why Bundesliga receives a comparitively low viewership around the world and this despite them having modern stadia along with great atmosphere and all.
Now Serie A has the ardent task of handling that as well..Not only it is devoid of big names atm but also outdated stadia coupled with rubbish marketing and several other external factors like match fixing which has contributed to the demise..Raiola is absolutely right..It is a third rate league atm..
There are only a handful of "elite" names atm..Buffon,Pirlo,Totti,Sneijder and maybe you can add Cavani to the list too..
