I wanted Guus back (actually, I didn't want Carlo sacked but whatever), I didn't think Boas was a bad coach (don't think so now either) but he just wasn't prepared for this kind of job yet.

I also said before we sacked Carlo that the coach was not the problem. The team is, we've been screaming for a rebulding since Carlo won the EPL.
