It will be a mega surprise if anyone else but Milan wins the scudetto.

They had so many injury problems, they play CL, they already played all the tough teams bar Inter, they started the season bad and they're still in 2nd gear. Juve are on the other hand blessed with not having injuries, we give 100% and we die on the pitch, we play only in Italy.

Yet, we're only 2 points ahead of Milan.

Their team is by far the best. That's why it will be a miracle if anyone else wins it.
My goal for this season is 2nd place. Winning the scudetto will be close to impossible.

IMO they've had an easier fixture, tough teams that they played they lost points against them (Lazio at home, Viola, lost to Napoli). The only tough opponent they beat is Roma, and with huge difficulty. Also it's a miracle they won vs Lecce that was some weird shit. I call bullshit, and say it's Juve's to lose.

They lost to us too.

That's what I'm saying. With all that they are still 2 pts behind us.

And they definitely didn't have an easier fixture than us. At most it was the same.

We played Inter away, they played Roma away
We played Napoli away, they did too
We played Milan at home, they played Juve away
We played Lazio away, Milan played Lazio at home
We played Viola at home, they played Viola away
We played Genoa home, Milan played Udinese home.
We both played Palermo home.

Defo not an easier fixture for them.

I know what you're saying tho, it seems we win all these important points thru sweat and blood (head-to-head clash with them included) but we're still only 2 points ahead. It is a bit worrying.

While we drew 1-1 or 0-0 with Catania and Chievo, Milan beat them both 4-0. The Lecce game was also a big win for their season, they have the experience to take points away from the small teams with fewer problems. They're more feared than Juventus are because of their recent reputation.

Edit: They've had 6 wins and 1 draw since they lost against us, we've had 4 wins and 3 draws. Shows which side is more in form.

Milan annihilate the small teams

Against Juve, Lazio, Roma, Napoli, Udinese and Fiorentina Milan's record is 1-3-2 (7:10)
Against Chievo, Cesena, Palermo (ok, they can go between bigger and smaller teams), Lecce, Catania and Parma it's 6-0-0 (20:4)

Every win brings three pts and there are many more weaker than stronger teams. If we want to do great this season then 1:1 against Bologna or Catania and 0:0 against Chievo or 2:2 against Genoa in Turin aren't the results that will bring us a scudetto.
Milan have the power up front to destroy the minnows. We still don't have it. Milan will keep gaining results against the small teams but sooner or later they'll start producing the goods against the better teams too. Will we keep getting the good results against the big teams and will we finally start beating the minnows as regularly as Milan does?

This scudetto is Milan's to lose.

Ranieri's Juve had a great record in big games, but never threatened to win the title because other teams were much better at hoovering up points against the lesser teams.

We fucked up matches against Bologna, Chievo and Genoa. We were much better and deserved to win. If we would won two of those three matches we would be 6 points ahead of Milan.

We are playing Cesena (19th) and Novara (18th) in next 3 weeks. Scudetto is won in matches against small clubs.

Those small teams defend in numbers and you need to have players who easily break their defenses. We don't have bad players up front, but we're not at Milan's level there. A defender from Bologna shits in his pants when he sees Zlatan while Robinho, Cassano and Pato are also too good for those defenses.

And some people still think we don't need Tevez or someone of that caliber
