 Great article. 'Vincenzo Iaquinta feels some pain during training and is sidelined for a few weeks'. like 3 times
12th: Inter go into the final game of the season at Lazio requiring just a win to lift the Scudetto. The Nerazzurri lead twice but lose 4-2, thanks to a series of underhit backpasses by Christian Chivu. Juventus beat Atalanta 2-0 to poach the title, as Inter collapse to fourth behind Milan and Napoli. Massimo Moratti accuses Giuseppe Marotta of "controlling Italian football".

I remember back in the day when this guy was an emerging talent and Amauri had just joined Juve, this guy was getting a lot of comparisons to Amauri (which was a compliment at the time). Funny how right they were in the end.

Actually Osvaldo might do a Vieri this season with Roma.

Vieri was pretty average with Juve before his move to spain with atletico madrid, he went there and became a top scorer. Came back to Italy and became one of the most expensive and probably one of the best strikers in serie A back then.

One would never know really.....

Or he may just return to his Bologna and Fiorentina form once he plays in a league where they know how to defend again. :pado:
