It might not seem that way right now, but it's a good result from our perspective, especially after the developments.
Inter will surely end above us in the table anyway and we needed Palermo to be shocked this way right before they play us and right after they played ET in the Coppa.
Hopefully Zamparini makes things even worse for them in the next days. We play them on Wednesday. Come on Zampa, be your lunatic self, fire the coach, sell Pastore for missing an 1 on 1 and a penalty. You can do it.
Very true! We should stop comparing/caring for Napoli's Inter's and Milan's results. We should only care about Roma, Lazio, Palermo, Udinese's results. Today so far not that bad, but evening will be ugly..

Then target Marotta with your poison arrows, not the "Pazzini haters". If Dule says that he'd hate Pazzini to join us, it wasn't the reason why Pazzini joined Inter.
I'm not blaming the Pazzo-haters for anything, but after he scored the first goal and I said we missed on a great striker; everyone wanted to be smart and started to tell me 'Oh, and Kaladze and Pellisier scored today; I guess that means they aren't average."
Obviously, that sounded pretty stupid after he practically have Inter all 3 pts after being behind by 2 goals in a very tough game.

Result-wise it is good but mentally it is not good at all just ahead of playing against us. They will sweat blood just to get over this defeat and being against Juve motivates them even more.
That's one way to see it, but it's also possible that they will be gutted after this loss and lose a lot confidence in which case; them losing would be good for us both result wise and mentally.

In the end it all depends on what we do against Udinese tonight, I am not optimistic there but I am hoping I will gain some optimism.

Well, if you're gonna blow Pazzini's trumpet on his first goal for inter as if that proves your point that he is the Alpha and Omega, then that's the reaction you'd get. These goals today don't, all of a sudden, make him the shit. And as I said, yes, he's good.

Milan and Inter will certainly finish above us.

Palermo, Roma, Napoli, Lazio and Udinese are our direct competitors and we have to top 4 of them to play CL next year.

I don't think we will manage to do that TBH, a 5th or 6th finish is much more realistic.

I never said he was God. All I said was that he isn't an average striker like so many people here claim. And yes, that goal does prove that he isn't average because I don't know of too many average strikers who can be so consistent in front of goal.

The goal today doesn't change anything. He was just as good before the goal.

We have stronger squads than Udinese, Lazio, and Palermo. We should finish fourth with the names we have but something very unfortunate happened after the Christmas break. It might be Quag's injury, or Aquilani's drop in form, or our crisis in attack. I don't know, but in my opinion, the only thing standing in the way between Juve and the C.L is Juve. We're not performing to our full potential but if we do; things will change.

It doesn't, you're right. But if this game could provide us with a bit of evidence that would help any side's argument, it would be the side that think Pazzini is above average. In any case, I won't blow this out of proportion, he still has a lot to prove and I think I'm just frustrated that we couldn't land a good striker this transfer market.

Del Neri's right, we never make it to the Coppa final. It's stupid to blame him for losing this year. Plus, we don't make it to the C.L every year either; it would be stupid to blame him for not getting us into the top four.

Sampdoria paid 2.5m eur to get rid of Cassano
They got 12m eur+ half of Biabiany for Pazzini.

Garrone sold his two best players for 9.5m+half of Biabiany (lets say 4m). That's around 13-14m eur for both of them. Great job
