I don't want to run the risk of looking like a jackass but I have a feeling this move for Cassano could result in an eventual move for Pato away from Milan.

Anyway, I don't think all 4 will play. That formation is too offensive; none of these players track back so they'll leave Milan seriously exposed at the back. If I had to guess, I would say a 4-3-3 is most probable with this being their midfield.
