Did Sacchi really say that or is Moggi taking words out of context?
I wouldnt he suprised if he did, because he allways been on Ibra's case for couple of years. What I know he said how he is reluctant about Ibra signing because he isnt a team player etc.

Aha.

Moggi is like a little child sometimes and even though I don't like the man, I like that fact.
Look it him making fun of Sacchi for a wrong prediction, when at the same time Moggi was also making predictions that Krasic isn't a champion who can take Juve to another level, or that Schelotto is a champion.
Moggi is like most of us in this forum. We also love these "I told you so" or "Loooooooooool at those who said that..." :D

Yeah he is bit convenient "troll" :D

But comes with some truisms, like the team who has Ibra winning the league. Still have doubts Milan will do that, but no suprise they are 9 pts off Inter the season they got him.

Preziosi blasts 'crafty’ Juve

Genoa chief Enrico Preziosi has taken issue with Juventus’ use of Claudio Marchisio in Sunday’s Serie A game. “We are evidently stupid,” he noted.

The Old Lady won the tie 2-0 with Marchisio netting the opener just days after he was forced to withdraw from the Italy squad due to injury.

“We are evidently stupid by allowing our players to respond to international call-ups,” stated the Marassi chief.

“Our players were tired after they rightly honoured their commitments to their national sides in the week.

“Juventus were crafty in not allowing Milos Krasic or Marchisio respond. You all saw how injured they were against Genoa…”

Krasic, who also scored against the Rossoblu, returned to the side on Sunday after weeks out with a thigh issue.

“There is not a lot to say about the players who didn’t play for their national sides,” responded Juventus director general Beppe Marotta.

“Marchisio presented himself at Italy’s headquarters, but was sent home after the national team doctors diagnosed him with a muscle problem. What more could we have done?”

What a clown. I hope Genoa get relegated and Crishito can go back to Serie B where he belongs and get owned by their 18 year olds.

Sheesh. Any club chief who makes so much as a pipsqueak fart at a Mexican restaurant is suddenly "blast"ing people in the headlines.

Juve should be in the clear so long as they sent him along and Italy sent him home.

If Juve had withdrawn him claiming he was injured, it might have been more awkward.

Anyone up for some best 11's of Serie A so far?

Mine..

Trouble thinking of the most outstanding goalie though..

Muslera
Lichtsteiner Nesta Dias Balzaretti
Ledesma Melo
Krasic Hernanes Pastore
Cavani

Probably forgot a lot of gems; hence whats yours?
I've seen some teams 13 times (Juve), some 7-8 times, some 5, some 2-3 and some not a single time. That's why I can't make a starting XI (I tried, it didn't work :) ).

In addition to your players I can add Eto'o, Mauri, Zlatan, Lavezzi, Seedorf, Chiellini, Aquilani. These 7 are too having a very good season so far.

Seedorf has been dire in several games I've seen.

And not just dire by his standards, he was flat out rubbish in some of them.

He's had some good games, I'm just not sure he merits a mention as one of the best players of the season so far.
Yeah, I guess. Maybe top 20 or top 25 if not among the best 10 or 15.
His assist record is also good, I see. Leading assistman in Milan and 3rd in the league with 5 assists.

This being said, I still hope he keeps playing and Ronaldinho is benched.

Hamsik is not having a good season. He still scores the goals and makes the assists with the same tempo he used to do in the previous years but with the exception of 2-3 matches, he's not playing too well. I'd say he has an ok season so far, but far from anything special.

That's not good news for Napoli's rivals because even while not playing well he keeps banging goals and making assists (5 goals and 3 assists in 13 matches). I have no doubt that sooner or later he'll start playing well and that definitely isn't good for Juve.

yup, probably right, not the best season so far for him,but the way him and Gargano controls that midfield has been the reason why they have been getting results,of course the fact that both Lavezzi and my man Cavani are doing so well helps Napoli a lot..although its always been Cavani and Lavezzi this season for Napoli up till now
