Serie A is really something different than the rest. Quality wise it might be behind some leagues, but it's seriously the hardest for an attacking player to play in this league.
Look at Sneijder. I watched him against Sweden and that was a work of a wizard. He was excellent at the world cup, he's amazing in CL, but in serie A he's like a different player. He never gets the space and he finds it harder to play for the attackers too, because they too don't get much space.
