They had Mourinho...
Not just that, even if it was of huge importance.
They have great quality in almost every line. Just because they started this season slowly, doesn't mean that they aren't still one of the strongest in the world. Check every previous post-calciopoli season and you'll see that they started slowly, both in serie A and especially in CL.

Only after new year we can see the difference between Mourinho and Benitez. Right now 5-6 matches (after which they are still on top of serie A) don't tell shit.

Essien is like...10 times better than him.

Based on what?

His performances are as not as they were before and he's only half a player. He would probably need a change of environment but so far he's not doing anything special. Last season for example I don't see on what way he showed something to be labeled as second best. To me, he has more average matches where he makes bunch of mistakes (passing, positioning, tackling) than good ones which automatically removes him from that position.
based on me watching him play, its a matter of opinion you know

De Rossi the best defensive midfielder in the world? Nah..
name 3 other who could compete for that spot other than essien and masch

Well you're at least neutral. What's your opinion on De Rossi being labeled this high?
wait why would we not be neutral?

It was pointed to me. People said hundred times that I'm biased so I meant that way.
    I'm either Italian hater or...hell, I don't know. It's always me.

How the fuck did they find a guy playing for a club from Nikšić?
I mean...Nikšić! Even eagles don't go there and some scout found Vucinic in that shithole.
    :lol2: I know!

Strange thing really...but I love this guy since Lecce days. He was a beast back then and stayed like that. Top player

De Rossi deserved every bit of praise he received a couple seasons ago, i like a lot of Roma players actually (De Rossi included) and think they're an interesting team.

He used to have a lot of great performances, at least whenever i saw him, however i believe he's been living on that reputation from quite some time now, he's not WC by any means at the moment, don't get me wrong, he's a fine player and i'd welcome him with open arms at Chelsea but he's not the same he used to be.

I think it's more of a psychological issue, he might feel that he has accomplished everything he could with Roma already but he's too attached to the team to leave.

I'm not fucking insane to say no to him :D especially in this Juve but  We share the same opinion.

Ref was overly kind with Roma as they were due some favors after how they got screwed against Brescia. I was expecting this.

Menez was supposed to be sent off for the tackle from behind on Sneijder too.

    :howler:
