Personally i think its way too offensive, they would effectively be playing four "strikers" there. None of these four would help out in defensive duties, it would be suicide and it probably won't work.

Moreover, Berlusconi doesn't seem to want Pato to play on the wings.

That formation will probably get thrashed by inter and lose again "big" sides again, although it could be interesting to see what they can offer in attack.

I wouldn't really play it considering Milan's defense is not the best nor the fastest one so it could end up in rape.

Maybe they could play something like this?

Honda can play anywhere, he did it arleady in CSKA, but now he playin in front of defence

in few games he played as LM and RM - nothin special, he have not enough speed and acceleration for that positions, best for him is cm or am

I agree. He's been tried there and he failed, he works best on the left hand side of a 3 man attack, so he won't need to track back.

Allegri used a 4-3-1-2 last season.

They have Antonini and Abate, both average, however they have much more pace than Zambrotta and Oddo. But i think Zambrotta is definitely gonna start and tbh i consider that all of their fullbacks would be a liability if they were to use a diamond.
