Well what's the point in scouting non-eu for young talent?

If we can only buy one a season then it'll be an established player.
Does that rule apply across the board, even for the youth teams?

Even if it does, it makes financial sense to go after talents when they are younger and not already in Europe.

Oh, and FIGC can lick my nutsack.

Just because a guy in a program says their scouting department is better than Barca's or Real's... does not make it true.

I'll believe it when I see it. The burden of proof is on them. Obviously, I'm not going to buy that bullshit at this point.
Whatever, take whatever you want from it even though you have made your mind up because we haven't signed X, Y, Z player from the Balkans, Argentina, Brazil, whatever, pretty difficult with a one-EU limit. You are not discussing correct information. Again, people are facepalming an old link that is not completely correct, according to Carlos Vargas.

I'll post it again: http://www.juventuz.com/forum/showpost.php?p=2692036&postcount=57

There is a 'scout' in Argentina, and whether there is a main 'scout' (people obsessed with FM-style terminology) in a country or not does not determine the extent that Juve follow it, there are contacts everywhere, a network.

So I'm just supposed to believe whatever the guy says, that his scouting network is better than Barca's or Real's? I'm really supposed to believe this because why...

No, I'm not going to believe it until it is proven, because there is no basis to believe it will be successful at this point, ESPECIALLY when it's just one freaking scout in Brazil and Argentina with nothing other than a vague "contacts" line. How do you figure that?

I hope one of those African Princes from one of their "central banks" didn't send you an email, because if so, well...

Do whatever you want, but you must be sceptical of an awful lot of things in life. In reality, you probably just pick and choose whatever suits yourself, proven or not.

But yeah it's easy this scouting game, so easy in fact it makes me wonder why clubs don't pay people a couple of thousand a month to watch games, it's a groundbreaking idea...
