If we can only buy one a season then it'll be an established player.

Does that rule apply across the board, even for the youth teams?

Even if it does, it makes financial sense to go after talents when they are younger and not already in Europe.

There is a 'scout' in Argentina, and whether there is a main 'scout' (people obsessed with FM-style terminology) in a country or not does not determine the extent that Juve follow it, there are contacts everywhere, a network.

Do whatever you want, but you must be sceptical of an awful lot of things in life. In reality, you probably just pick and choose whatever suits yourself, proven or not.
