If Milan beats Udinese then they are second for sure. My hope is that Udinese will take pts from Milan while we beat Atalanta and Siena. Then in the last round Milan will have 1 or 2 pts advantage (if they beat Roma, that is) and they will play away at Fiorentina. Here it's very important if Fiorentina will need any pts at all. If Genoa are still behind them and Fiorentina must not lose, then it's possible that Milan won't win.

As for our match against Lazio....yeah, it's gonna be tough. The problem is, Lazio will play the Coppa final this week. I hoped the final is at the end and it will force Rossi to rest the best players.
Still, if that match is a must win for us and Lazio play for nothing, we can win it for sure.
Pretty much what I think, but still the players should be careful against Lazio if that scenario happens, remember cinque di maggio. or that rainy Perugia match (can't remember if Perugia was battling relegation then). It's true playing against relegation team battlers or for CL spot are tough matches, but some teams play better when they are in safe and has nothing to lose, while we play in tension which causes lack of concentration.

This may come as a surprise to you, DPFL, but you don't need to go all out attack to be trying to win a game.

Quite in the contrary you are not trying to win if you ask your players to slow down after your opponent goes man down.

Not to mention how Milan players couldn't even walk anymore during the last 20 minutes, they were even been whistled by their own fans incase you didn't notice.

I didn't like the last few minutes, but you can't ignore the other 80 minutes in which we had several good chances and played reasonably well.

We didn't have more goal opportunities than Milan, moreover they were ignored a clear penalty kick.
It doesn't matter. We did go for the win from minute 1.
The main problem here, and what everyone rightfully protests at, is what Esteban said. We didn't try to win only when we were given a great chance to win. The last 9 minutes (5 regular time and 4 added time).
Before that, for 85 minutes we were going for the win.

It couldn't be more illogical than this.

Not to forget leaving Pato on the bench :delpiero:
couldn't be dumber than leaving Giovinco on the bench. I wonder which match Ranieri is resting Giovinco for :D

Like you said dumb and dumber, they are competing for that title :p

thou I admire Ancelotti since Juve days, but lately he lost his mind.
