then i would assume that player fitness comes into question

training sessions should be less demanding or condition should be adjusted accordingly. usually injuries are a direct correlation to a players fitness

exactly, which leads back to the coaches and training staff

but people are right to question and/or criticize the med staff because the players who are injured must not be treated/rehabbed properly because once they return to the lineup they are soon injured again

I don't think there is a problem with the point that players return to training, generally.

In many cases, I think there is not enough time between a player returning to training and being expected to play a match.

There are reports that David Beckham has instructed his lawyers to find a way for him to stay at Milan.

The England international midfielder is on loan at San Siro and is due to return to Los Angeles Galaxy on March 9.

But Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani has stressed his desire to keep Beckham at the club for the long term.

According to the Corriere della Sera, Beckham has informed the Galaxy that he intends to negotiate with Milan and has asked for a mutual separation.

However, legally, the American side have no obligation to allow Beckham to leave because he is under contract until 2011.

It has been suggested that Beckham's lawyers may be able to find a legal loophole that would allow him to become a free agent.
