Sacchi and his bollocks.

It's his 105mln euro invest plans...something that's not possible.

It would be something like this

Clichy-12
Juan-7
Fabregas-40
Ribery-(as Alen said they are probably not going to sell him)-40
Torres-50
And wages :

Kaka 9m (18m including taxes)
--------
Clichy 2.5 (5)
Juan 2.5 (5)
Fabregas 6(12)
Ribery 6.5 (13)
Torres 6.5 (13)

+30m (and that's minimum) on wages per year.

Exactly.

What he said made no sense as they have financial problems. There is no way they can spend all they get and especially not the way he said it.They would just be in bigger problems.Their wages per year would reach 160mln euros which would destory them.

yea as if kaka would be worth 120m and fabregas 'only' 40. There's no way fabregas will move an inch closer to milan for that sum if arsenal know that milan have funds of 100m+ at their disposal. Imo farbegas's market value is damn near to kaka's.

That said, i'll not believe milan will get those 120m for one player. ~70m sounds 'possible' (i'm avoiding speaking of 'reasonable' here)
But with all the fuzz going on, i highly doubt milan will be able to find a worthy replacement for kaka. sure they'll throw themselves at people like benzema or so, but the only possible replacement for the kaka-position would be bremen's diego imo... and i doubt diego can do what kaka does, or did. (not speaking of this year's kaka...)

All in all i think milan are making more bad than good with this move, no matter how much they'll get. Because i could imagine the milan fans going nuts some time if they keep doing these sorts of things. and if the fans don't fall for the marketing strategy of milan anymore, they're doomed...

Kaka is not worth 120mln euros but it's the only way to get him so that's a big difference. They can brabble a lot about it but in the end player leaves for much less(it doesn't have to be Kaka's case).

Fabregas is good but they won't get more than 40-50mln euros unless some Arab owner wants him.

Dusan and Alen, sorry to break it guys but why are we calculating Milan's expenses and shopping list? Let them buy any player they want. They can sell Kaka for 200m for all I care, wont make them stronger than us.
