yeah, you forget some of us are not del piero fanboys. first season ibrahimmovic deserved to start, second season was just 1 season. when compared to the many seasons del piero has started ahead of more deserving forwards is really not that big of a deal

you know as good as me that for a few years del piero would play all the games, only not start when he was injured and then take the place back even if his replacement was playing better and then get injured again. we are talking in relative terms here.

and yes, sometimes it is to the team's benefit that a historically better player doesnt play

yep not all of us are fanboys of juventus' all-time scorer, no sir, that would very much conflict with being a juve fan
If we play great, win 5 matches in a row but Del Piero is benched on these 5 matches, i guarantee you there will be fans who'll swear at the coach and start hating the player who took Del Piero's place.

Fabio Capello,

“Roma? They really need to find some players who can make the difference. Adrian Mutu was the right choice.”

Is that why he used him out of position? So he won't make the difference?

He was convinced that Ibrahimovic does the difference better.

Serbian War Criminal Hid Inside San Siro
The nephew of Serbian war criminal, Radovan Karadzic, has revealed that Europe’s most wanted man used to visit the San Siro to follow Inter.

Karadzic was recently arrested in Belgrade after being on the run from the International Criminal Tribunal since 1995.

He is accused of a number of crimes during the Bosnian war and is now likely to face the justice system.

His nephew, Dragan Karadzic, admits his uncle was a big fan of Calcio and that he used to be a die-hard Nerazzurri fan.

“My uncle used to go to the San Siro to follow Inter and his idols, Sinisa Mihajlovic and Dejan Stankovic,” Karadzic told Il Corriere Della Sera.

“He is a big fan of Calcio and he used to go to see matches in 2004. First at Lazio and then Inter.”

Radovan Karadzic became one of the world’s most wanted criminal’s but his penchant for the Italian game will have, once again, tarnished the Calcio image.
