His team almost always wins ugly or not.

I expect him to beat Manchester.
True story! But people were bashing Capello in here, like hell, while we were winning (okay, maybe not in CL, but we dominated Serie A), but they didn't like the way we played. I see the same guys praising Mourinho in here, whose teams always play ugly football.........

It will at least take another year, untill we can compete with Inter in terms of squad strength and quality! I guess we are still in the rebuilding process!

The thing is that he will do the same in Champions League I'm afraid.

I think he would be a perfect coach for us.

I remember very well you were one of those praising Capello (with me), and arguing with Vinman 24/7, now you are saying Capello football is ugly. God :pumpkin:

Can I enquire as to why folk are kissing Mourinho's ass after today?

Milan were the better team until Adriano scored (with his arm). It was a massive defensive error for Inter's second goal.

Inter then went ultra defensive and Milan could have equalised (and should have had a penalty).

In no way am I suggesting Mourinho isn't an excellent coach or that Inter aren't the best team in Italy. I just wonder why all this praise is coming just now.

Compared to the football we are playing now, yes. Thats what I was trying to say.
Mostly I was praising Capello back than, for games against smaller teams, where people were crying because of our style, and we won with very little effort and really worthless football. But I have to say, that after the the Champions League tie with Arsenal, I was done with Capello. Still hurts!

Capello's football was respected by football experts and fans who like results before joga bonito. I still respect Capello, and i'm not a football expert :)

But it's true that his way of football wasn't gonna win over the newbies and the neutrals.
