:pint:

what's more sickening is seeing Mancio taking a gum every 5min. FFS dude, brush your f*ckin' teeth and gargle with some SCOPE before a game you douche!
Yeah, because if Mihajlovic isn't respected, Arkan's friends will come and kill you.
I can honestly say I hate ibrah more than anyone other person in the world right now. Every time I see him smile I feel like punching him. I would pay money to kick the shit out of him.
I'd pay 10,000 $ to see Ibrahimovic in a mental hospital
I'd pay more to kill him.
:rofl2: :rofl2:

i cant believe this , inter have penalties or offside goals in every match ??
Of course. Its Inter MERDA after all. :faq2:

It's their centenary year afterall... they're gonna make them champions no matter what, cause Juve and Milan won Lo Scudetto in 1997 and 1999 respectively.

Every week when I click on channel4.com I see the same thing:
Controversy in Inter Milan game
Fucking pathetic club... won't achieve anything in Europe
Moggi was right
more and more reasons that tv technology should be used in the match, IMO they should test it out in serie b ASAP and see how it goes.

i no it might take that certain controversy out of the game, which can make it very interesting i think it would be for the better of the sport

Mancio stands up for ref
Sunday 10 February, 2008

Roberto Mancini defended the referee after Inter’s offside goal and insisted his team is not struggling at the moment.

The Nerazzurri only broke down Catania’s defences when Esteban Cambiasso tapped in from an offside position and moments later David Suazo completed the 2-0 win.

“If it was indeed offside, then it was very difficult to see. The referee officiated well throughout,” maintained the Coach.

It had been another relatively sluggish performance from the Serie A leaders, who maintain their eight-point lead over Roma.

“I watched several games this weekend and saw that Roma, Juventus and Milan all struggled to get victories. All matches are difficult in this League and we had to do without several key players.”

Patrick Vieira was suspended, joining the injured Dejan Stankovic, Luis Figo, Douglas Maicon, Walter Samuel and Olivier Dacourt, while Luis Jimenez limped off after only a few minutes.

“The first half was balanced and Catania did very little to score. We improved after the break and were repaid for taking the risk of introducing a third striker. It was important to win here and not give our opponents too many chances.”

Yet Mancio is not concerned at the seeming lack of form in his men so close to the Champions League meeting with Liverpool.

“We rested three or four players today and hope to have everyone in good shape. Liverpool are a tough side who don’t leave you much space.”

The Catania fans adopted an unusual new method of protesting against referee Stefano Farina, as they cheered his every whistle, chanted his name and gave sarcastic standing ovations for the final half-hour.

However, Coach Silvio Baldini tried to calm the atmosphere by defending the official.

“These mistakes can happen and we have to accept them, otherwise there will be controversy every single week,” he warned.

“I can accept this error frankly today, although I know my President and the Catania fans will go home less than happy tonight. What I do ask is equality – we have to retake a free kick, but if a big club does the same thing it is allowed.

“We knew that we could not afford a single mistake and with anything Inter would have taken the lead, making it an uphill struggle. We had to play the way we did, trying not to run risks, but unfortunately the goal came out of nowhere.”

Catania-Inter Referee In Trouble

The referee of last night’s controversial Catania – Inter clash at the Stadio Massimino is in trouble with the authorities after storming off the pitch at full-time and skipping the post-match handshakes.

Stefano Farina allowed Esteban Cambiasso’s goal to stand on 67 minutes, though replays showed that it should have been chalked off for offside.

For the remainder of the game Farina was sarcastically applauded and cheered by the home crowd, who even repeatedly offered him standing ovations as well as personally worded songs and chants.

This seemed to irritate Farina, who stormed off the pitch straight after the final whistle, and refused to take part in the now customary sportsmanship handshakes that take place between the two sets of players.

“I saw that Farina left the pitch straight away and he seemed to be muttering something,” Italian Referees Association chief Cesare Gussoni said on Rai Radio Anch’io Sport.

“I don’t know why he decided to go straight to the dressing room, but I will have to listen to his side of the story.”

Farina is now certain to face repercussions for his actions and he has also been criticised by Italian Players’ Association spokesman Sergio Campana.

“Every now and again the ‘terzo tempo’ [handshakes at the end of the game] doesn’t go smoothly,” Campana admitted on RadioUno.

“You could see that at the Napoli-Lazio game where all the players attacked the referee. But Farina made a dubious choice to miss it.

“It can be understood on a human level, but less so on an institutional one. As a referee he has to set an example.”
Anthony Sormani (goal.com)

Huh! This ref makes diabolical decisions on the pitch (and not just in this game) and instead of doing something about that, they are threatening to carpet him because he skipped post match handshakes! Why not ban him for the former, never mind the latter?

Still, I bet Neddy has a smile on his face this morning!

Sorry for the double post, but I had a laugh at this!

Ibrahimovic: Referees Against Me.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has hit back at those who say that Inter are being favoured by referees and instead says that the opposite is in fact true as officials are always penalising him for no reason.

The Nerazzurri have hit the headlines in recent weeks after their victories against Parma and Empoli came about after the award of controversial penalties.

There was more hullabaloo last night in the 2-0 win over Catania as Esteban Cambiasso broke the deadlock of a tight game on 67 minutes, even though replays showed that he actually was offside when striking the ball into the net.

After the game Mancini defended the referee, saying that it was an offside by just centimetres. During an interview with Controcampo, Mancio then stormed off after being annoyed by the line of questioning, which had implied that Inter were being favoured.

"Mancini is good. He must always defend Inter when they are attacked," said Ibrahimovic.

"We're always hearing this story about referees helping us. I don't understand it.

“I have been fighting with them since I arrived in Italy. They often blowing their whistles at me, and it happened tonight. I don't understand. The only thing me and the team can do is win, and this is what we are doing."

The Catania fans demonstrated their opposition to referee Stefano Farina’s failure to disallow Cambiasso’s goal in the most unusual way.

For the remaining 20 or so minutes of the game they sarcastically cheered and chanted Farina’s name every time he blew his whistle, and even gave him repeated standing ovations.

Inter have restored their eight-point lead at the top of Serie A over second-placed Roma, who won 2-0 against Reggina on Saturday night.

He's always getting caught offside. So much so, that I'm beginning to think he's Pippo's twin brother (sorry Pippo!)

Oh, dear! Ibra is well and truly an interesti - a Mr moaning minnie. He was always penalised for offside when he played for Juve too, so why is he moaning now? Oh, yes - he's an interesti now! I'm beginning to think moRATti has cloned his brain cell and swapped it for the players's own.

The referee was pro-inter in that game and inter won with Farina's assistance. You'd've thought inter would have had the sense to keep silent! Trust camelface to open his big mouth and let his tummy rumble! moRATti - haven't you realised that Ibra likes an extra boiled egg before playing a game?

"Mancio stands up for ref"

How noble of him. Mancio truly is a great man.

:yuck:
makes a change from all the whining, bitching and moaning they ahve done in the last 20 years.

it is always easy to sympaphise with a ref after they have gifted you (yet another) win and to see them as fallable humans rather than cheating scumbags. that said inter ahve had, what,7 penalties in serie a this seasona nd most have been decisive, it's no wonder mancio stood up for them. wonder if he will be so gracious when they start to lose again

I have an idea of where all this hate comes from, but it is indeed childish not to let it go. It's not like he is a Francesca Totti, who has been blackening the reputation of Serie A with his everlasting lack of class for over a decade now.

In reality Ibrahimovic is a kind, warmhearted and humorous person.

Who didn't expect inter to win from a terrible decision by the referee? It's pretty obvious that when juve went to serie B we never really left serie A. Demoting us proved nothing, because the same shit is happening but to another team.
do not admit we may have been wrong or gsol will call you an inter fan and turk will suicide bomb your house
I found this in Farina's kindergarten book. Let's see if we can help him.

He made few interviews for Serbian television with Mihajlovic and he really seemed as cool and funny guy but I can`t judge him by that.
Yeah, cool and funny indeed.
But i don't know if he was only acting or that's the real Zlatan

Anyway...Zlatan sei uno zingaro!! :D
Dule, you do know that by calling him a zingaro you're calling yourself a zingaro, right ?
And you're calling me a zingaro also :p

Talijani kazu "zingaro" (ciganin) za sve nas ex-Jugoslavene ;)
