Lazio are close to signing Rolano Bianchi from Manchester City and selling Goran Pandev to Newcastle United.

Pandev appears on his way out of Rome and claims he's already been approached by the Kevin Keegan regime at Newcastle.

"This morning the club told me about an offer from Newcastle," Pandev told Makedonski Sport.

"I am used to offers lately, but I don't decide, so it's not up to me again.

"Several days ago we agreed with Lazio for me to stay until June, but anything is possible."

Lazio could be set to offload Pandev now rather than at the end of the season in order to accomodate Bianchi who has spoken publically of his dislike for English culture. The striker has struggled in the Premier League since arriving at Manchester City last summer, and has since criticised Premier League referees and the drinking culture in the English game.
