Milan Inter and us always had tons of money.... ;)

im talking about the whole league. they rebuilt their stadiums, reformed their youth systems (and are now producing tons of young players), clubs have great relationships with their fans > always full stadiums and great atmosphere....
Two bad tournaments 2000&2004 and look what they created. I hate to be all stereotypes but this is pure german vs italian ideology. They noticed: Dudes we are crap. Now let's create 500 youth academys and raise the funds by 1000%. Let's make money by building big stadiums and selling a seat for 15eur, not 50eur so nobody comes.

After 2010 this is what needed to happen in Italy. Maybe it is too early too judge. Maybe the Berardis and Ruganis are good harvest..

I don't have a posse, and those stats you posted prove nothing. Bayern were completely dominant that year (2012-2013 season), destroying everyone and everything in sight.

Serie A is most definitely in a rebuilding phase, but it isn't an attractive prospect anymore, and these aren't my words you ginormous ignoramus.

You are the petulant child who can't see beyond his own bias, resorting to statistics, as if they are the definitive indicator. Very short sighted and foolish, just like most of your posts.
The irony.

except dortmund was in that final as well. jus shows uthat it isn't as great as people make it to be.

also i dont buy the whole won the cl thing. many teams have finished second third, fourth and fifth in their league and won the cl. winning the cl doesnt mean u are the best team in the country. winning the league does.

oh so glad to see the excuses already popping up

binter won the cl in 2010.

and genius, the league is in state of rebuilding. u and ur posse of clowns that include klin love to remind everyone how weak serie a is and how pathetic our transfers are, yet u want change to happen overnight. just shows utterly stupid u are. srsly u are like children. and thus u will be talked to like one. understand?
What rebuilding is going on in Serie A other than a few stadiums in the works?

i wouldnt expect you to remember since it is easier to bitch and moan about how serie a sucks, then patiently wait for it to be rebuilt.

http://forzaitalianfootball.com/2014/09/tavecchio-sets-out-reform-plans-for-italian-football/

and this is just a start. bundesliga was shit in 2000s with the exception of bayern and even then they weren't all that besides their one CL win. yet everyone here rides their dick as if bundesliga was always this amazing league. no, it took years of patient rebuilding and a strong economy to reach this point.

success doesnt happen overnight

I was sincerely asking since I really wanted to know if there was more to the rebuilding that I didn't know about. Not bitching, you queef.

Reducing the teams from 20 to 18 would be a good move, but there has to be more than that. And he said that's what he wants to happen, if it actually happens is another thing. Politics, you wet stool.

As for reducing the number of foreigners, maybe it will help the Azzurri, but how will it help the competitiveness of the league? Club owners don't just prefer Argies and Brazilians over Italians; they sign them because they are better for the same price. This will just limit what players clubs can sign, and the prices of Italian shits like Maggio and Bonera will rise.

What they need to work on is the way the games and league are presented on TV, and the way they're marketed.

typical. someones shares my opinion and u cant contain ur jelousy and rage in being proven wrong.
I am perfectly fine with him sharing your opinion. I was under the impression that you were arguing for Serie A, and yet he is praising you for stating that the Bundesliga is superior. How could this be?

Since 2010 a lot of figures in Italian football talk a good talk about reforming things but what gets done? They appointed Baggio to oversee the youth sector, he produced a huge dossier on how to improve things, and when he went to present it they gave him 15 minutes and he never heard from them again.

Tavecchio is just blowing hot air, nothing will be done, it never is. I'll be impressed when things change, not by the odd good soundbite.

i lol at that piece of filth klin. he loves to talk about how weak serie a is. how the league is secured. how no toher team poses a threat

here is the league table for bundesliga for the past 2 seasons.

2013-2014 Games points

1 Bayern Munich (C) 34 90
2 Borussia Dortmund 34 71
3 Schalke 04 34 64

2012-2013 games points
1 Bayern Munich (C) 34 91
2 Borussia Dortmund 34 66
3 Bayer Leverkusen 34 65

so @Klin. pls do everyone a favor and stfu.
Yeah, so? What you failed to mention is that the same team who won those 2 Bundesliga's managed to also win a CL trophy 2 years ago and ended as a finalist last year as well. Coincidentally, Dortmund was a CL finalist as well 2 years ago. Juventus, the biggest European choker out there, is Serie A's ambassador for the biggest football competition in Europe. That says a lot about this shitty league we play in, so excuse me if I won't get as excited as you come May when we lift another scudetto, especially if we get knocked out in the Knockout stages.

And no one said that. We're too far ahead of other Italian teams. It's not even close, but then one must ask himself if the club is doing it's utmost to improve and compete with others in a competition where it actually matters. Winning this league alone is not as prestigious as it used to be, and that's a fact.

Why is it a good move? does it do anything other than make the season a little bit shorter? Is there a real big difference between the #1, #2 and #3,#4 in Serie B? I doubt that this will make any big change.

Reducing the number of foreigners is bound to make the quality of players in the league worse not better. Its better for italian players but not for players in general. Quotas guarantee that some slots will be taken on the basis of nationality and not on the basis of individual skill or football merit. To have access to the international market is always better for the employer than to be forced into buying the national product.

The clubs need to sort out their financial troubles so stadiums are a good step but they also need to fix their relations with the international english media and their presentation and marketing. Tavechio will probably be all talk and no action. I doubt a zombie aged racist italian would know anything about PR, marketing etc...
