Hopefully normal people are able to leave

It is what you say.

The international community isn't helping. You'd be better off alone. That's what you believe. And at this point I'm thinking: let's do this. Let's drop Israel.

But that's not what you want.

You want Israel to be allowed to do whatever the hell they want without any regard for international law, yet you want the international community to back you up when you're threatened. That's what you're really saying.

No settlement it going to happen with the rest of the world as proxies. It's the Israelis and Palestinians that have to live directly with the aftermath.

The best I can see any "international community" doing is supporting civil solutions and applying avoidance or pressure when human rights are violated or if the temptation is to expand the misery by more actively involving other nations.

@Nzoric Do you agree with that? I've never heard of any western nation's media doing anything other than being 100% for Israel all the time.
Had this with @Post Ironic before. We used to have plenty of criticism for Israel and their settlement policy over the years, but as soon as the Hamas attack happened, all the criticism disappeared and you absolutely risk to get cancelled if you dare say something negative about Israel right now.

There’s a lot of historic sentiment involved in (old) news reports. There is/was obviously the guild involved with politicians who are ethnically Dutch/German after the holocaust. For that same reason those countries were more open to the idea of a Jewish state last decades. With migration from the Middle-East and North-Africa you see public opinion shifting with a very loud group being against Israel, obviously people who are both culturally as religiously closer to Palestinians. I’m surprised though that apparently the narrative from the media is still very pro-Israel in Germany. It’s definitely more neutral or even pro-Palestinian here in my opinion, politicians got cooked for saying that Israel has the right to defend themselves and there were some who apologised for saying it.

Maybe in the US, but not here really. Here it's mostly pro Pally, especially as the far left is screaming so loud you can't hear what you're thinking.

We can agree to disagree on this.
is it? or are the younger people realizing the hypocricay of it all

palestinians want the isreals out with violence = you say they are dangerous islamists

zionists literally commit genocide and murder for decades in name of their religion = it's allowed. not extremism at all

people are tired of hypocracy. islamists are called out for violence. extremisit christians are called out for violence, but zionists are protected and if you critize it they pull out their two trump cards: you are a holocaust denier, you are a anti semite. without fail.

Islam as a religion is build on conquest and genocide. How exactly are religious minorities treated in Islamic countries?

But nice try I'll give you that. Are you another one of those screaming lefties?
