glad you're back safely(almost) all my friends who visited came back a little disillusioned hence my question

guys he just related the words of the guide, who of course will do all he can to sensationalize the event.
Thanks man !!!

I dont think the guide was exaggerating anything, like I said before, we heard gunshots, and he tried to tell everyone that they were fireworks....then, up in the Golan Heights I heard an Israeli tank fire artillery, and he told us that they were just "maneuvers"

I dont think he wanted anyone panicked (I wasnt worried, unless the rounds were coming our way, lol)

with all due respect the IDF killed more babies that the palestinians ever could, not that they target them specifically but more the weaponry involved and the fact that any time its done it's justified by blaming the palestinians for attacking in the first place. As for blowing things out of proportions when it serves their purpose, just from your experience in the US, the 2 groups that will always make a big deal and bring out the us against them and everyone hates us card are blacks and jews.

Israel is a criminal terrorist state. What it did in Gaza a few years back is just one of the many war crimes they deserve to be punished for. Sharon and Netenyahu are war criminals that should be tried in court if there was any justice in the world.

"There is almost "near certainty" that Netanyahu is "planning an attack [on Iran] ... and it will probably be in September before the vote on a Palestinian state. And he's also hoping to draw the United States into the conflict", Baer explained." For the betting public out there, an September CL call may not be the dumbest trade possible..." - Bob Baer

but you just dont understand nothing in history past/present/future can be even remotely close to the holocaust, if you dont believe it you're an anti-semite!

In the place I live, nothing in history could be as fake as Holocaust, if you don't believe that you are a pro-Zionist :D
And while you only have to deal with antisemitism delusional bullshit, I can go on with several examples to show how I can't have an opinion without being pro/anti something :D

Mainstream media admits 'Palestine' is not impoverished

Over the past few years evidence has been trickling out that perhaps the Palestinians are not really all that impoverished, and only continue to receive so much foreign aid in order to paint Israel as an oppressor.
The evidence has built to the point that the mainstream media - the vehicle through which Israel is so often criticized - can no longer ignore it.
Britain's Sky News on Tuesday joined the Washington Post in finally fessing up and admitting that the Palestinians are no worse off than anyone else in the Middle East, and are certaily not being economically choked by Israel.
In a blog post titled "Palestine - 'Occupation Incorporated,'" Sky News correspondent Tim Marshall reveals that the Palestinian-controlled territories are "awash with money."
Marshall writes of the "smart restaurants, sparkling new hotels, and the scale of building work" that regularly greets him when he visits Ramallah or Jericho.
He notes that 'Palestine' is a popular destination for both journalists and aid workers because it sounds dangerous, but i reality "it's quite safe and has all the comforts that internationals want."
Admittedly, the situation could explode at any moment, and that is also what makes the region popular with journalists. But in the meantime, Marshall reports that "Palestine [sic] remains a friendly place, welcoming, hospitable, full of air con, hi-fi, wi-fi and wine."
Certainly, the Palestinian-controlled territories could not possibly be so inviting if Israel were truly oppressing them and choking the Palestinians economically.
Marshall says the real problem the Palestinians are facing is that they have grown too used to being suckled by the international community, and are likely incapable at this point of running a truly independent and viable state.
"There are well over 200 NGOs in the West Bank and Gaza, and 30% of the GDP here comes from international aid," Marshall explains. "Even if the Palestinians declare full statehood in September they would not be truly independent...because Palestine is addicted to aid and as long as you are addicted you are in thrall to your supplier."
All that aid is stifling local businesses by introducing free or subsidized goods into the region. At the same time, local employers cannot hope to compete with the salaries paid by the wealthy NGOs, leaving them with a "brain drain."
In short, the very organizations claiming to be helping the Palestinians weather the alleged Israeli oppression are in fact the ones killing all prospects of a healthy and self-sufficient Palestinian Arab society.
Not being funny but there's something stereotypical about a Jew talking about money as if it is be all and end all. We kill them while they sleep, but they have money so its cool :sergio:
