OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (PIC)– The Israeli Knesset’s Law Constitution and Justice Committee has passed a draft law forcing Palestinians to cover the costs of home demolitions issued against them without recourse to the courts.

Israeli Radio reported that the committee agreed not to empower the West Bank regional commander to apply the law there, in opposition to the government.

The draft will be brought to the Knesset for a second and third reading.

The Israeli B’Tselem rights group has recently issued a report marking a sharp increase in home demolitions against Palestinians in the West Bank this year, displacing hundreds of citizens.

According to the report, Israel’s Civil Administration carried out more demolitions so far this year than the entire year of 2010. Demolitions in Area C displaced 706 Palestinians, including 341 minors, the report said.

I wouldn't listen to Andy that much when it comes to Middle Eastern issues, his news and opinions probably come directly from people like Alex Jones.

Oh yes we do, the majority of Irish people are anti-zionist and there is extensive cover of them in documentaries.
I meant worldwide. Hell you get more news about the real shit going in Palestine more than we do here in the Arab world. I honestly check Irish activists' blogs for detailed day to day info.

Im not talking about spoiled kids starting blogs about a place called Palestine and what they imagine it to be but rather activists who live now in Palestine or have notably been there on more than an occasion talking about recent events/clashes/protests and so on. Those people are the real deal and the best part is that they authenticate everything they say with pics, videos and sometimes even documents.

Much respect goes to them.

You started you Masters already? Niiiice. Thought you were looking for a job or sth IIRC before, glad you took this turn much better IMO. A bachelor degree alone is good for shit these days anywhere in the world. What subject are you 'mastering' in? :D

Yeah, it's been another busy semester with a crappy job and a tense overloaded study schedule but it turned out alright. Im gonna switch to Management starting next semester btw :D Had enough with coding.

I'm doing a masters in Strategic Human Resource Management, while at the same time working. Its been really tiring! :frown:
