That's not what the article says. Read it again.

It's not my country and I resent the fact that you're trying to make me look racist and Jewish. I could discredit you just as easily, but I have not done so, because I don't think it's a fair way of debating. It's childish and I think you should stop.
    You could discredit me? How?

You said earlier in this thread that you are a Zionist. I seek for explanations for what happened on the ships from a Zionist. Either you are not a Zionist and you changed your mind because you are so embarrassed or you simply don't know what to say.

    I feel you.

You've got to be doing this on purpose. I said that, technically, I am a Zionist. Early Zionism only wanted a Jewish nation, they did not want Israel as such. Granted, it was fairly early that they turned to Israel, but the very definition of Zionism does not revolve around the land.

I have explained this several times. I also believe that the Jews are just as much entitled to the land as the Palestinians. It is simply impossible to prove me wrong here, as all you do is give historical arguments, which FAVOUR THE JEWS.

But in reality all this has got nothing to do with the subject at hand. You want to make me look like a racist, because that way you won't have to answer to my arguments. You haven't answered a single one so far. Quite sad coming from a man who says it's all so easy to prove.

I have nothing to prove to a guy who thinks that being a Jewish is enough justification to kill anybody and to deport anybody without being accountable. It is so silly of you to claim that you are calling for respecting the life of each human, but in the same time, you don't care if 6 innocent people were killed without any reason by a criminal just because he is Jewish.

Jews have more right in the land?? IS that written in the Belgian constitution??

See this is a nonsensical post. It's a non sequitur really. No answer to any of my arguments, but yet another example of trying to discredit me.

I have never said or even thought that being Jewish (not a Jewish mind you) is enough to justify the killing of thousands. I have also never said that I didn't care about the death of six innocent people, because the offender is Jewish.

I also never said that Jews had more rights to the land. I said the historic argument was stupid (thus clearly saying that the Jews can't use it either), but that if you were going to use it (which you shouldn't), it would favour the Jews.

    Well played, ReB.

So, no capability to reply again?

The contradicting thing is that you are an atheist as you describe yourself always, but still you consider Jews as people who deserve having a country even if each one of them was from a different nationality and even if most of them have nothing to do with the land of Palestine. May I remind you Jews are religious people? They have nothing in common but their religion, so either you are not really an atheist or you are having a special place in your heart for the Chosen People.

To be honest, I think your hatred to Muslims in Belgium made you think that Jews are plausible of your respect because they are fighting the same enemies of yourself, Muslims.

    That's not a contradiction. It's just not.

Again discrediting me without proof. You're trying to make me look like a racist, because you can't reply. It is very sad. It's also quite annoying and I think that if you're going to keep insulting me like this, one of the mods should do something about it.

I also noticed that you conveniently made it Jews vs. Muslims. So it is about hate, is it not? It is about religion for you. It's not about the evil Zionists. It's about JEWS.

How is it not a contradiction? Because you are saying so??:D

"In classical logic, a contradiction consists of a logical incompatibility between two or more propositions"

That's not what this is. Both ideas can co-exist without contradiction.

You've called me a racist a billion times without ever taking the time to present any substantial proof whatsoever. Yes, it is an insult.

You are the one that says that JEWS have more right in the land than Palestinians. You did not mention Zionists, but rather you chose the Jews as an evidence that you are a disguised atheist.

    Ok:

Seven: I'm an atheist, guys. Come and kiss me.
Seven: Yes, Jews deserve a country.

If you feel no contradiction there, I have to feel pity for you.

He could be using Jew as an ethnic or religio-ethnic term, which although incorrect would make those two ideals non-contradicting ones.

There's no contradiction there, mate, I'm sorry. The two notions have nothing to do with each other. I don't think you understand what a contradiction is.

If Andries doesn't see that as a contradiction then he should enlighten us and tell us the definition of contradiction. At some point, I forgot he's atheist.

Even if I'm talking about them as a religious people there's no contradiction. You can say that you're an atheist, but that you believe that people who are religious should have their own country.

But Jews are not an ethnic group. Try to find any similarities between Ethiopian, Yemeni, Iraqi, Moroccan and Polish Jews other than their religion.

Just in Seven's world, they are the same because they are from the Chosen People.

You can say it, it of course is your right to believe that but the idea of a religious states is so retarded you can see how people don't associate it with atheism :alen:

Wait a minute. I agree, it was all a bit too complex for some of you. Here's a true contradiction:

I say A exists and it doesn't exists. It can't be both, it can only be one. That's a true contradiction.

The two ideas you mentioned however can logically co-exist.

But they're the chosen people. They're on that current land because they believe they are the chosen people and because God asked them to.

    How do you see that?
