A couple of days ago, Lebanese hizballah soldiers/terrorists/whatever attacked israelis on the israeli side of the border, a border which is recognised by international law and by U.N decision 425, kidnapped israeli soldiers and went back to Lebanon. This started this current conflict. You can't blame Israel on this at any way. Then they go to U.N to try and stop Israel's attempt to retrieve its kidnapped soldiers ? Yeah, makes a lot of sense.

If they are popular and they have lots of members in the government, it is not my fault, there are many Lebanese with brains smaller than pigeons' who vote for them and support them.
