    belgium is semi-morocco :agree:
For once we agree. There is huge Moroccan community here. For a Moroccan to make fun of Belgium is just incomprehensible.

4 pages of stating the obvious by alot of people, and all this just because Seven has extraordinary issue with being seen as being wrong at one minor/insignificant subject?

Actually I had no issue with it at all. As you can see I already said in 2008 I used the wrong word. But since Fred keeps bringing it up, I thought I'd point out why it's a pretty honest mistake to make and not a very big one at that.

Look up my first post. And yes, I meant Dubai the emirate and I should have stated so. Country isn't a generic term in English, whereas it is in Italian and somewhat in Dutch as well.

    Paradise land you say
Dalelv had originally reported a man to the police for an alleged rape[1] but withdrew the rape allegation several days later, saying at that time that the intercourse had been voluntary.[2] In court she claimed she had been raped.[3]

I think she was too drunk to remember what happened. The guy was probably the same.
Maybe. I think in a Western state neither of them would be punished. From the looks of it the evidence against the guy was thin. I think even according to Dubai law punishing the woman was a bit weird though.

Here in the west it happens all the time that a girl is too drunk when she had sex and then accuses the guy of rape. The guy is buttfucked even without evidence.

Whether or not human rights are violated in Dubai is off topic though.
