Can anyone recommend an app that can be used to hide texts/sms? I keep finding ones where you send a text w/ password that the recipient should know...that's not what I am looking for. Basically an app that has like a hidden folder, etc.

You want to hide the folder completely? If you're jailbroken you can hide any folder with SBSettings.
