next year is the ipad 3 year so iphone 5 will be released in 2013 i guess

I think both iPad 3 and iPhone 5 will be in 2012. Unless they said something about it specifically and I missed it. They currently have no 4G devices while Android and its army of manufacturers are well ahead of the curve. Apple can't survive without keeping its toes in the 4G game with something competitive.

i'm talking about connecting to other phones (send/receive files)..that's a really important thing for me at a phone, and i know like 3 persons who have iphone here

I have sent and received files from my phone with an iPhone, works like a charm.

pics, ringtones, mp3 tracks. etc..they (my friends) couldn't send them..donno if the new iphones have that issue but the 3 and 3g have it.

Oh...Blutooth, I haven't used that in over two years, I guess that's the problem.
