yeah the liverpool one was awesome. i just had that feeling and i didn't think much about it. i usually bet 2 tickets but for small amounts, max 10-15 euro. one with normal odds for 10-15 euro and one wild ticket with some crazy odds for the smallest amount possible. the wild ones are always the sweetest. ;)

yeah it does seem a certain bet, all 4 give you 2.4. but it's useless unless you bet 30-40 euro minimum. and i would personally, eat myself alive if i lost 30-40 euro cuz of a 1.08 odd. those small odds always screw me over.

thanks. but i'm in the club for a while. this shit has gotten it's bang in the last 6,7 years here in croatia. there's a bet house on every second corner. and they keep on opening more of them.

I am going to play 100$ on these 4 games I don't think any of them are risky except the faroe Islands' game, but still I believe FI will lose

    Now Serie A and La Liga have started or about to - time to get this back into action. Just under £70.00 in the kitty - going to be tough building it into something.

    A play on the US Open tennis tonight to get me a bit more (hopefully!) leading into the football weekend:

    Nah it was a reverse clean sweep :oops:

    France(1.62) x Finland(1.53) x Ireland(1.40) x Holland(1.73): 9.50 @ 4.51 => 0.00 (Stan James)

    All done. Will start with some re-investment (maybe around £100.00) and we can start again with the tennis (3 tournaments this week), International games on Wednesday. But really looking at the weekend European action. Plenty of time to make money this season...

    any one tried betting exchange (like betfair) where one can play the role of the bookmaker by laying results
    Yes. The fundamental difference is that it is an exchange and with that comes benefits but the best way to exploit that attribute is in another way (i.e. trading rather than punting).

    The most sensible approach is to get informed how it works first as it's conceptually different to a traditional bookmaker. I have a Betfair account which I use and it's a definite addition to a betting portfolio. In terms of getting attractive prices however with commission don't expect these prices to be better than elsewhere. Laying an outcome in football is covered through 'double chance' bets in online bookmakers nowadays.

    As I hinted before most profitable people on Betfair are more traders than punters. This is due to the live-betting opportunities and capitalising on fluctuations in those events.

    Here is just one example of success and how it can be achieved:
