Australia already lead 2-0 and the rest look solid - will come down to Germany away at Slovakia.

Those other results you mention...Holland will always win even if it's just 1-0 as per usual with van Basten. I'm closer to the England situation and they're in a bad situation and expect them to struggle away from home more than under Eriksson. Of course John Terry could score from a set-piece, Lampard or some Rooney magic and that will change the whole game. But Croatia have a very good chance of a result I think. Serbia always have problems scoring so a 0-0 is a low possibility I guess.

I'll have my football bets a little later - my next post has got my tennis ones and in a few hours I'll see the situation and act accordingly.

Yeah...I did. Only £20.00 in real life. The bets I put in here are scaled at 40% in terms of price (i.e. £20.00 here is really £50.00). So I didn't go for a normal stake but I like I said "enough to cover some drinks tonight".

I didn't include it in this thread because it was my baby with it winning...but with tonights disasters your next bets are in this thread too as well as for real.
