solid actually for the majority of the match. he won most of his duels, and cannot be blamed for that ridiculous penalty call (which was probably offside, too). at the first german goal, though... the whole dutch defense just fell apart, partly because de ligt lost to his man in a sprint. his passing is top notch at least, so he could replace bonucci, just in case.
