Mostly the English/British players. Theo Walcott is overrated by many imo, also Jack Wilshere despite being a very good player, and one with huge potential, his potential is quite overstated in the Arsenal forums i go to. Then you have the typical overrating of new signings, with some posters going as far as to claim that Gervinho is better than Hazard, using stats and stuff like that.

But the player that is most overrated imo, is Aaron Ramsey. I don't know, i personally don't rate him that highly and believe he's a limited player, most posters on Arsenal forums believe he has huge potential.

Japan are amazing. Goes to show what great youth development and a strong domestic league does for them. I hope we (Australia) get to that level one day.
The way football is developing now Australia would be wise to move towards the purely technique and stamina-based system that the Japanese have rather than the classic north European style that they've had in the past. Maybe it won't happen but creating better footballers rather than better athletes has to be everyone's aim. Australian players aren't restricted in the sense than British players might be. British players are deemed to need size and speed to play in that league, it's purely because Aussie players have also had these traits ahead of technique over history that they have largely ended up playing in Britain. It should go beyond the language factor, it shouldn't be a problem to see more Australian players in Spain, Italy, Portugal etc in the future because they suit that style better. I'd say the same for US players too.
