What about outside the stadiums? We have problems in Denmark when some Germann teams play here. Their hooligans who are banned from games come when they play here, just to make trouble.

The problems are just moved outside of the stadiums, but they are still there.
But that's much better than having crowd trouble inside the stadium. Seems to me you're missing the point here.

It does not affect the game or other fans when it's outside the Stadiums because the Police can contain it alot easier.

Wrong, the ban on English clubs in Europe forced them into making radical changes and ironically created the ELP.

Stringent measures against teams as I suggested would force national governing bodies to make the changes needed in order to protect internation football and it's watching public.

Here are the ,,, I couldn't be bothered to use in that passage, feel free to add them.
But that was a different scenario. Tens of people actually died in Heysel and Hillsborough. So I'm led to believe it wasn't just the ban from Europe that brought matters in England under control, but the rather the horrendous image the nation painted for itself. I don't think those hooligans really care about the image of their nation if they don't care about it's football.

I'm not going to say yes to a travel ban for people under the suspicion of causing trouble in foreign lands. Looking at where my country is heading, we are traveling down a dangerous path where accusations are really facts to authorities. Anybody could be a terrorist.

This shit happens almost everywhere. Go youtube the Bosnians putting on fucking firework displays in Norway and Belgium (supposed smart, safe countries).

If anyone is hell bent on making a political point, it's always going to be really difficult to stop them.
It DOES NOT happen anywhere, inside the stadium. Apart from England and Germany not having trouble for years, when was the last time you saw a game abandoned due to crowd trouble in an American stadium in any sport?

They are only banned from travelling to countries where matches are being played at that time.

Yes, but a couple of years might not be enough, so I suggest that no fans of there's should be allowed to travel and all home games be played in a neutral country.

Football, afterall, belongs to the true fans and can heal and lift them.
yes and thats exactly why a ban is necessary the silent majority needs to react, and their federation mobilize

When has anyone tried to cause shit in an American stadium? How can you even say this? We haven't seen anything close to these Serbs in an American stadium.

Plus, security in the states is at a ridiculous level because ... oops.. their national security failed them.

I think you are missing a point. Because it's moved away does not mean it's gone. It's a huge society problem.

People try to cause shit all the time in American stadiums.

The stadium security standard here is at an appropriate level.
