And you may think think Barca are sacrificing Eto'o, but this Zlatan deal is easier for them to do, because Eto'o if he doesnt move now will be a BURDEN to them. He has 1 year left, his value is sunken to nothing, grumpy as fuck, and refused to only bid that was made (which wasnt alot, and now is not an option anymore due to Adebayor). So offloading Eto'o in this summer and getting another huge player is good for them, is good solution for them.

Not much different from Valencia's stuff either, because apparently Valencia were ransoming Barca due to the Eto'o troublesome angle, demanding something between 50-60m (apparently refused 45m), and generally being hard asses. With Inter its easier, because Zlatan wants to leave them so badly and Inter are willing to listen to such good offer.

Also another factor, as I said above, what Pep wants is essential prolly, not that he would say no to Villa, but he has been adamant in style of player he likes, someone with presence and size in the box. There is a reason they have been rumoured with Adebayor, Trez last summer, even frigging Guiza this summer. And now Zlatan, even if he is quite different to the above players. They all have certain requirements Pep would want, even if he is a stern advocator of Barca/dutch football style (which Eto'o fits), he likes some size in the box.

Ibra > Villa?
His market value, maybe yes, but not as a player.
As an overall player, unfortunately yes.

No way Villa could do the same in Inter as what the Camel did.

It would be like Camel Lights without any tobacco whatsoever, just a whole lot of paper.

lol. although I would say that Villa's work rate, finishing, drive, and pure pain-in-the-ass way of playing make him at least Zlatan's equal, although they clearly have different strengths

:lol2::lol2: at the Zlatan won them the two Scuds, funny how fast some can forget Calciopoli. Wake up ffs.

Inter would have never won a single Scudetto had it not been for Calciopoli. Stop focusing much on ibra's pony show and look at the real side. What made Inter win those Scuds. What made it too easy for them.

As for this deal, Jack made a good point few pages back.... Eto'o fits more in Barcelona than Inter and Ibra more at Inter than Barcelona.

Unless Inter get a decent playmaker with Eto'o upfront than this looks much better for Inter.

So who will it be up top if they get Cassano? All of them Cassano, Milito and Eto'o? Or one of them will be benched?
