I think it has to do with that fish story from the bible. You know, the one where the disciplines are in a small boat fishing on a lake, they don't catch anything then Jesus says "throw the net out on the other side of the ship" so they do that and suddenly they catch enough fish to feed a village.

or just incase when new cars are being shipped overseases and the crate that hold it wasn't closed well and the chains that tie the car were accidently broken by a huge axe that fell from the tool box of an illegal immergrant who was in that car, causing the car (which had a defective Park gear and handbrake) to slide out and go overboard.

now, that immigrant can be reminded of that biblical story and be hopefull that he'll find fish to eat. (the car conveniantly came with a gas grill in the trunk equiped with a cylindar full of gas)
