I opened it, took out a lot of dust out of it, closed it without losing a screw, it didn't help.

I think the graphic card melted or something. When I boot, I only get weird random forms and the PC doesn't seem to boot further. I tried connecting an external screen on it. It seemed to work, with a very bad image (vertical yellow and reddish lines). It takes me to the windows repair thing and whatever I do the screen goes black....

Yeah, maybe the GPU is overheating due to a heatsink failure or the chip is screwed. RIPlacement might be the best thing to do.
