More bad news for the Juve captain as he will miss the next Serie A and Champions League matches.
Following the results of the tests carried out on Wednesday, Alessandro Del Piero will have to miss out the next two games for Juventus, against Empoli and Club Bruges respectively.
Pinturicchio suffered a muscle injury during a training session with the Italian national team on Tuesday, a day before the encounter against Belarus in which Del Piero was tipped for a first team spot. This injury and subsequent missed games continue to mar the new season which started in the worst possible way for the Juve forward who so far has spent more time on the bench and in the infirmary than
on the pitch.
