Capello's style is much more short term. He has signed loads of 29-year old start players (Vieira, Emerson) to win everything within three years. I can't help but think that this strategy will cause problems in the long term, with all long serving players such as Del Piero, Tacchinardi and even Tudor being forced out of the club.
