Exactly...putting him almost on the same level of DP this season is degrading for him since he has done MUCH more.
I'm sure if Azzuri said somthing like Zlatan did a lil better than Chimenti this season then ya would not even care, but it is DP and ya cann't resist a chance to critisize him for reason or not...

No. He quite simply hasn't. He didn't score ONCE in the Champions League and scored once more than DP did in the serie A. Am I wrong or did DP score more in the end? So really what has Ibra done more? Disappearing when we needed him the most? Or giving assists that were actually shots on target? Please, saying Zlatan has done much more than DP this season doesn't sound good. It's alright not to like DP, but don't be ridiculous.

Look how she calculated them

Would you Please tell me how much Rooney and RVN scored this season...
Okay, I will Rooney and 18 year old, now 19, scored 17 goals in all competitions more then Zlatan and Del Piero. van Nistelrooy even after 4 months out scored 15 goals...sorry...what were you saying again?

Sheesh, I can't stand fans of other clubs bashing our captain......especially when they have no clue what they're talking about.
:touched:, I wouldn't mind Juventini bashing Del Piero but not fans of other clubs.

Well Said Andrew.

I never thought I'd say this, but I have to admit Rooney is one of the greatest talents on the face of the earth.

Anyone else that felt Robino was a little selfish yesterday? In the first half he fired wide when he could have put someone else alone on goal.

Rooney, thought i dont like to admit it, is a helluva lot better then Del piero. come on now Azurri7, Del piero is not the best player in the world. Rooney has had about equavlant playing minutes to him and is only 19.

Well not in my eyes, He was pretty Lucky to score Hattrick against Fener, then he disappeared anyhow he's still young we'll see what he'll do later.

Robinho was kinda selfish yesterday but damn I like his style, the way he control the ball and pass it, this kid is the "New Pele"

His eyes are just like Del Piero's, in other words: he looks all doped up :D. Just kidding. But what's with all those too short passes Robinho gives? I still liked him anyway, the way he made space for himself. And contrary to popular belief, he isn't that weak either.

FFS Dan, grow up, I never said Del Piero is the best Player, I didn't even Compare him to Del Piero, She did, though I think Del Piero is better than Rooney. I know he's only 19, great Talent but not my quality and Imo Put a player like Nesta to mark him or Canna, he'll never score.

He gave couple of Passes, one of them to Kaka, I really liked it....yeah he isn't weak and he'll improve alot when he'll join a great European Team.

I doubt you have seen Beckham in Madrid, and if you have you wouldn't have made such a claim, sparing yourself the embarrasment that every other misinformed person has to endur.
I have seen Beckham for Madrid, what was the whole point of the example, he is as inconsistent as I am making out, he scored 10 goals from open play all season, you can say he was sustituted as many times as you want, that doesnt mean a thing, do you wonder why he was substituted in those games? Most of the times if because he was ineffective a word become closely assosiated with him, and with some of the arguments trying to defend him.

Another fact for you- Del Piero is the captain of Juventus and is the epitomy of class when it comes to behavior and professionalism, unlike Totti who could use some lessons from Ale.
Same old argument, whenever it comes to a debate about who is better between Del Piero and Totti (FFS its a no-brainer), Juve fans ALWAYS talk about his behavior it's like your security blanket, in the misguided hope that it may not actually be true that he isnt as good anymore.

Sheesh, I can't stand fans of other clubs bashing our captain......especially when they have no clue what they're talking about.

Conspiracy I tell you, they're jeoulous because of his god-like ability...

He's not all he's hyped up to be though. He could become a great player no doubt, but he's not even close ATM. His tap-in was actually a great finish btw, it was hard to reach there in time.

Girl, you really need help with this one.

Del Piero makes Beckham consistent? Perhaps in your Manure-Roma gloryhunting wonderland. I doubt you have seen Beckham in Madrid, and if you have you wouldn't have made such a claim, sparing yourself the embarrasment that every other misinformed person has to endur. Beckham, apart from a few good performances in the past two years, has been quite disapointing if you ask any sane Madrid supporter. He really has not added anything to the team apart from some good freekicks, something they did not even need with Figo and Zidane in the team. Then if you look at his performances as a whole throughout the past two seasons you will be left wondering what happened to him since moving to Madrid, cuz as one Spaniard put it frank "there are 10,000 better players than Beckham." That is stating the truth, and it's much more believable than the crap you posted above.

The fact is Del Piero has had a good season this year and was the most decisive player in Serie A, something that can be interpreted in two different ways but still illustrates that he's really not as inconsistent as you make him out to be. Another fact for you- Del Piero is the captain of Juventus and is the epitomy of class when it comes to behavior and professionalism, unlike Totti who could use some lessons from Ale. Despite what you think, everybody can see Del Piero is a true professional, therefore it's a fact....if you want FACTS.

Sheesh, I can't stand fans of other clubs bashing our captain......especially when they have no clue what they're talking about.
She was using Beckam as an example to show how poor Del Piero actually is when others rate him among the best players in the world. Im sure she knows beckham actually isnt worth anything, but she was using him as an example.

Del Piero's season was no more the average, like Zlatan's would be if this was not his first in serie A. The playing time Zlatan had was ridiculous and anything less then 14 goals lets say and he would of been codemned a failure.

This most descive player thing is crap- how the hell is that measured? On how many 'winners' he scores? Well **** me, but an equaliser is just as important as a winner in many ways, so that statistic is absolute shite in my reckoning.

I agree with you about the Totti learning from Del Piero though, 110%. Del Piero is a gentleman and Totti is not.

Nicole also has the right to 'bash' :howler: any players she wants, as im sure you have 'bashed' Keane and Totti in the past but Nicole has remained dignified and not gone spazzo about it. This thankfully isnt a Juventus only forum, and Nicole as a member of this place has the right to critise or praise any player or person she wants from Juventus.

So I suggest you leave Nicole alone on this issue and give her a portion of respect on her view, as valid and as shared as they are in this forum.
