Catania-camp with great words on Alex.

Simeone- "Del Piero along with Totti and Baggio marks an epic portion of Serie A era, to see him play was an honor."

Gomez- "Del Piero leaving surely helped us, he's one of the best in the world and to not have him against us was a big advantage."

Lodi- "I'm very sorry for Juve, but for us it was too important. To score in Del Piero's stadium is an absolute dream, Del Piero is a great in all aspects- he scored 2 goals, but those aside, on the pitch you saw how great he was, and how humble too."

Not even his team-mates can read him, if he wants to cross or pass they just can't read his game. This shows you how amateurs are our players beside couple of them. He's too good for them, I'm really serious, even at this age he's too good for this team.

Ale was toying everyone tonight apart from the two goals.

What a team of loosers.... And DP has to play with those.... Provided Juve with so many FK and still he had to be substituted for stupid Pepe who missed the golden opportunity... :sergio:

And after all you guys said, the situation is that Ale is fighting for keep playing for Juve, while the guys in our board don't want to give him a new contract.

This board is a fucking joke...get eyes you idiots, and sign Ale till he's 50. Or you know what? don't do it...he doesn't deserve to suffer for another 14 years.

EDIT: I feel so sorry for Il Capitano, spending his last years of his career with this team. I mean, people around the world talk about Giggs for example and the amazing things he does. Ale is better, but he plays with clowns, so instead of fighting for CL title, he's fighting for CL spot. That's so sad. I wish we could see him do his thing on the big stages, makes the whole world think:"OMG...this guy is 36?".

Tuttosport attack DN for replacing Ale, in today's newspaper and now with a big headline in the website.

In short:

"Start with the good things- 2-0 for Alex vs. Catania in halftime, celebration in the stands, horizons of glory re-opened for Juve. Then DN and his players gave Catania christmas presents and they took it. You say, Gigi, that you had to replace Ale cause he was tired, but we think that the only sub that should be done involves you".

100%, just like I said last night. The moment Ale left the field our players looked like little kids without their mother. Ale really can do it all by himself, just let him play till the end. It's only 4 matches till the season ends, and our next match is in 9 days. Let him get tired. Fuck this, I just can't believe we didn't win yesterday.

What's even more sad is that if it was up to him, we would have got the CL ticket...just let him finish those 2 matches, vs. Cesena and Catania, and we have 4 points more.

Now he must win the last 4 matches and hope for good...there's 1% of chance...maybe 1%
