Dubbing movies in most cases kills the film Sab. You, IMO, need to hear the original voices and accents. Subtitles will help you understand the words. You won't have the same feeling when you watch a film dubbed.

Yes, I caught some movies on German channels. Of course, to me it was annoying because I couldn't understand anything at all, but if you say that it's done well then who am I not to trust you

Germans do it very well, but it's still nowhere near hearing the real voices and accents, as a lot of jokes, sayings and subtle hints or whatever simply go lost in translation, no matter how well they do it.
