Strangely, i tought that for the first time since i joined this forum, there wont be a fuss made about Del Piero being benched. I was sooo wrong. SO what if he was on the bench, SO WHAT???? There were many reasons why he was on the bench and i assure all of you that none of those reasons was because he is old or because he is a bad player or because the coach hates him.......My God, the ignorance many people show on this forum....

He will not start kicking someone..... but he also dont take it nicely like Iaquinta does.
He was clearly upset. But Ferrara´s decition was spot on...and this will teach the players that you gain your spot in the first team with effort. Alex will have his chance... i hope he will be ready when asked to play.
This game was not the right moment.... it owuld have been unfair for IQ or amauri who were in better shae tan him,.... and he just came from a back problem......

I'm gay for del piero, and love the man since 1994, but who cares if he doesn't like that he's on the bench. I love ciro for only fielding players who are ready, none of the Raul & Real madrid shit. If you are in form you are going start, if not just sit on the bench and it's doesn't mater who it is.
