It must have been 2004/2005. He's promoting F50 shoes in the picture, but not the first generation. The F50 was designed for the Euros of 2004, so I bet it must have taken a full season before the F50+ were introduced. He played with the blue/white version of that shoe during the World Cup of 2006. This shoe on the other hand is one of the last colours in which they produced the original F50's. My bet is that the pic dates from 2005. Maybe late 2004.

The F50 was adidas's boot for the Euros, so it would surprise me a lot. He could have played with a blackout version and the picture could have been taken before, but I think it dates from 2004. Definitely not 2002 though. Anyway, who cares .
