:agree: I'm pretty sure Lippi has said that this is the case.

I second that. One of the reasons I was cheering for Azzurri is because of Ale and of course other players such as Buffon etc. But I felt like last time Azzurri played a game and I didn't even watch them for more than 15min when I figured out that Ale isn't there.

I think it was against Greece.
