He might start friendlies, But I'm afraid he wont start him against Ghana. Now that Totti isn't fully fit yet and Gila seems to be out of form I can probably see him starting on Wed. But we have to see how things go from now to 12th(June).

I'm not sure If they keep 7players on the bench just like in the league.

It doesn't really matter. As long as Italy goes far in the WC, preferably all the WAY, then it doesn't matter if some matches he starts, some not. It's a balance and in the end he shall become WC champion if it's God's Will !!!!!!!!!!

I want Inzaghi to play as much as possible, he has proven that with hard work you can accomplish everything. Noone would dare to put an bet on Inzaghi claiming a ticket to Germany six months ago, but he actually did it! One of the best forwards in the world would I dare to claim
