Exactly, our players shot the ball away from goal all the time. The only times they shot on the goal were from the penalty and freekick you just mentioned.
Alessandro Del Piero played well today. He had numerous of chances, but couldn't quite make it go into the net. It wasn't his day today. He missed a penalty, but kepet on trying to contribute. Which he did, setting up many attacks.
The funny thing is that Juve played very well among themselves, but when it came to finishing:
I don't think del piero's penalty was that bad, if he'd kicked it a bit slower chimenti would've dived out of the way by the time it reached the goal, then we'd all be laughing at chimenti and praising DP
I think among these 11 missed PKs of DP, there are couple that he missed, but scored from rebound (I remember 2 against Inter), so it makes 9 missed PKs by Del Piero
