You can use the following tag:

[IMG]insert url of the image here[/IMG]
The url of the image is where you right click on the image, then go to properties and then look for the area that says Address:URL and copy and paste the link there between the tags. Hope that helps. :)

But the url of the image has to support hotlinking, if it doesn't and you still want to upload the picture, you could upload it to photobucket, imageshack, or even better bayimg @ www.bayimg.com ;)
