Tudor has told Andrea Cambiaso that Liverpool, Real Madrid or Manchester City will be in reach "shortly" if he takes his opportunity to impress.

wtf
What kind of interview is this? Is he Fiorentina’s or Roma’s coach or something? he was supposed to show the players Juventus value. Since when have Liverpool or City ever been bigger than Juve?
Bro it’s not 1990 anymore. Outside of Italy Juventus isn’t even being considered a Top20 team.

Well, weird but truthful. Juve havent really been on the top of Europe for a long time, we arent even top of Serie A at the moment.

I personally think he meant two things:
1. Trying to boost Cambiasso confidence
2. Trying to create the idea of him leaving to raise some cash. I dont think Cambiasso is really a Tudor kind of player.

Not really what he said. He said he could play for those clubs as in his quality is that level but it's a mentality thing with him.

We were the second best team in the world as recently as 2017.
I was exaggerating ;)
I know we lost the CL final 2015 and 2017…. Still we were underdogs or atleast not considered to be one of the best in the world outside of Italy.

Liverpool and city have won the cl much more recently than we did and Liverpool even twice. Additionally both have won the EPL in the last decade more than once or finished second, which is widely regarded as the best league in the world.

Not impressed by his latest comments at all, but won’t make more of a big deal out of it than it already is, he obviously should have picked his words more carefully although it was clearly aimed primarily as a dig at Cambiaso’s nonchalant attitude and failed transfer to City in January which might still be on his mind but ultimately can be interpreted as pointing that Juve is not an elite club anymore(which isn’t false) and that we’re a stepping stone for top players... therefore might be better to avoid such comments altogether.

All in all i’ll judge him more in regards to our results and what i see on the pitch, hopefully this kind of ‘inferior’ mentality will not be reflected in the attitude of the players and will remain as just a poor choice of words during a press conference.

Same old shit. Nothing's changed.

Another year, another mediocre coach added to the list of mediocre coaches we've hired and fired over the past few years.

Lets celebrate another year zero
