I can't prove it, no. But it's extremely likely. And is it even acceptable to say you want him to die? Is that Juventus? I mean, even if it's not racism, is that who we are?
If they really wanted him to die, wouldn't somebody kill him?

Again, much of this is just banter, and should be treated as such. Only when folks start yelling NIGGER NIGGER should something be done about it.

You can't stop fans from chanting rubbish during games. I once yelled to a Crew player that his mother is a raped whore, should I get a stadium ban? I obviously don't know his mother, but he was pissing me off.

Ban the crowds. That's what some folks want apparently.
Yes ban the 300 idiots until they start behaving better. (and that is doable)
They are not civilized enough to be football fans and they shouldn't be allowed to enter our stadium (or any other team's stadium).

but oh no.. they are juve fans so they must be the world's best.

Yeah agreed Seven, dont like Balo either, its not even about being rival fan (totally irrelevant, pissed me off more how he behaved against Roma, or in Azzurrini, then when facing Juve), the dude acts like a douche. But wishing death or repeteadly chanting racist chants about him is not someone we should fucking condone.

I'm sorry for being blunt or dismissive, but you cant be for real.
Why? I am not a racist person at all and I think the "Negro Merda" chants are completely out of line and shameful that Juve fans would lower themselves to this but I don't think freedom of speech should be inhibited.

Having said this I think if fans are going to make racist chants they should be ejected from the stadium but the club shouldn't be punished.

It is IMO much like the KKK, what they say is downright disgusting and they are a bunch of stupid ass hicks but they have a right to say whatever they want without being prosecuted

wishing death on any player was way out of line also

The thing about the KKK is you can stand across the street and tell them how stupid and hick-ish they are. I've done it, it's fun.

Newsflash, the bold part, they are the same frigging people.

Again, lastnight, the same folks against Udinese that chanted this chant and got us fined, chanted the same chant of wishing death on him, and IMEDIATELY afterwards chanted this nigger is not italian. And this same ultra group, I betcha are the same fucking morons who chanted Negro di merda in last season, and got us a stadium ban for it. In my 16 years as Juve fan, I cant recall us getting stadium ban for racism before, and we did just 7 months ago.
And they should be banned for nigger chants, not this one. If so, you set the precedent that you can ban all sorts of folks based on what they chant towards black players.

And if folks want to talk about racism, we have supposed Italians on this forum who don't think Amauri is Italian. One could easily make the argument that they hate him because of the color of his skin, and hence should be banned. They might not call him a nigger, but they do use the blood argument, which is a racist argument. What should happen to those folks?

Actually I think these racist chants make us as Juve fans look bad instead of blacks.
We as juve fans look bad to the more civilized.
We are looked up to by the less civilized.
Remember we are talking about the Ultras (the representatives of the fans)
Fans usually look up to them.

Good to see you saying that, but at the same time contradicting yourself. Thats basically what I meant, and you saying they should be allowed whatever was what I didnt get at all, sounded like cheesy psuedo anarchist standpoint.

And you know, seeing the 3rd bolded part, explains everything now regarding wtf you been saying. And its exactly why I asked you what do you think punishing means? Because I wasnt sure what you were getting at at all, and you seemed confused in terms of saying they should be allowed. Basically, it seems you seem to think its to prosecute them? Dude, this is football stadio, football related bad and ugly/unwarranted behaviour. How do you deal with that? How do they in general deal with such things in Sports? Banning them from the premises of their sport activities, not frigging take them to trial, lock them up, and throw away the key.

I think it's good most people here don't attend stadium matches. I don't think people could handle it. If they get upset over a chant like this one, I can't imagine what they'd do if they heard some other stuff people say.

And yes I am all for this chant.

I've never seen the KKK, I don't think they exist in my area
They used to be big across the river from where Burke and I go to school. The Klan is dying off because every time they have a rally people show up and tell them how dumb they are.
