at any point in time, which one would it be?
My all time favourite band is probably Led Zeppelin but I feel they already fullfilled their potential. I'm not a huge fan of albums after Physical Grafiti, they're still pretty good but they lack that addictive ingredient. I would have prefered if Bonham didn't die but I'm satisfied with what Led Zeppelin left behind.
So...my #1 would probably be Guns 'N Roses. I feel they're the last true RNR band, that both played rock and lived rock. It's a shame Axl and Slash ended up hating each others guts. Whenever I listen to Guns, I end up wanting more and I know there isn't anything left to listen. Only 2 true albums(one being a double album), one live/studio album and one collection of cover songs. So little material from such a talented group, really breaks my heart.
So which group would you have "saved" from a break-up and why?
P.S. I really hope this won't be a :melayyanandmessi: wank-fest between Me and Salman and that others will join in the discussion.
