Very inbalanced team. 2 strikers, 4 attacking midfielders, 2 wingbacks.... this team might score, but will also be outscored. I'd Move Maresca to the left and add at least a dmf.

Your team is also very weak against a counter-attack.

Anyways, I'd bring Deschamps and a few of his Monaco starlets over to give the side a new, younger, fresher look. Squillaci, Evra and Rothen would make the move along with coach Deschamps, and fellow Ligue 1 compatriot Philippe Mexes would also join. As would Matteo Ferrari. Thuram would be shown the exit and replaced by Trabelsi, while Trezeguet would be sacrificed for cash in order to pay for the players mentioned above and either Alberto Gilardino or Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

I would finance Vieira by selling Trezeguet.

We can also sell Zalayeta as well (he is currently on loan).

We are going to get peanuts if we try and sell Conte, Ferrara and Pessotto because they are old.....might as well keep them if they are willing to warm the bench.

We need to spend this summer.....if we cannot afford this then I would opt for Gillardino. I would not sell Di Vaio & Legrottaglie either! I would sell Iuliano though (I never thought he was good). SELL Tacchinardi once and for all.

Rule no 1: Never sell a player in bad form. You buy good players in bad form.
